Gozo VPA: A smooth start to the new scholastic year

The MAVC Gozo Visual & Performing Arts School‘s 23-24 season is off to a smooth start with the first week already successfully completed.

The days prior the opening, the Head of College Network Mr Victor Galea and the Head of School Mr Vince Caruana addressed the teachers and staff, reminding them of schools policies and aims and wishing them a good, new scholastic year.

Born from the fusion of three specialized schools in art, music, and drama dating from the early 1990s, the school evolved into the Gozo Visual and Performing Arts School in Xewkija, joining Mikiel Anton Vassalli College network in 2017.

The VPA School groups the departments of art, music, drama, and dance under one roof, combining a wide array of accredited courses up to MQF level 5. With a team of dedicated educators who are experts in their respective creative fields, the school empowers its students to flourish.

More than just imparting artistic skills, the MAVC Gozo Visual and Performing Arts School strives to create an educational environment that fosters confidence and competence, preparing students for a fulfilling life in the world of visual and performing arts.
