Gozo VPA School’s Lunchtime Concert at Il-Ħaġar Museum

This past Saturday, the MAVC Gozo Visual and Performing Arts School presented a musical treat during our annual Lunchtime Concert at Il-Ħaġar Museum. The event, organized in collaboration with Il-Ħaġar – Heart of Gozo Museum, featured captivating performances by three ensembles of the school’s talented students and teachers.


The performances divided in three parts, included flute teacher Ms. Sarah Cassar along with students Giulia Grech, Paula Sherry Grech and Alicja Sadowska for the Flute Ensemble, clarinet teacher Mr. Noel Curmi along with students Colette Attard, Jacques Bouvier, Keiran Bugeja, Nathaniel Cassar, Kristen Grima, Shaniah Portelli and Rose Anna Sciberras for the Clarinet Ensemble, and violin teacher Ms. Stephanie Pavia Wyatt alongside cello Teacher Fiona Murphy and former school’s Violin teacher Father George Frendo for the Strings Ensemble with students Alyssia Cardona, Lucas Joe Portelli, Krista Attard, Guillermo Ganet Martinez, Jade Caruana and Miriana Falzon prepared by violin teacher Pierre Louis Attard.




The concert was a delightful showcase of musical talent. The well-attended event was appreciated by all, as the harmonious melodies echoed through the museum, creating a memorable cultural experience in the capital.
