As we are moving forward with the production, we’d like to introduce the key creatives behind the Opera-Film Blat – The Island Fortress.
THE FILM DIRECTOR & SCREENWRITER
Alan Fenech, currently heading the MAV College Malta School of Drama and Dance, is the Director of the film and hence his tasks include visualizing the screenplay as well as managing the various production members from cast, extras and dancers to technical operators and editing.
Mr. Fenech is also the Screenwriter for the Opera-Film, transcribing the existing opera libretto by Librettists George Peresso and Amy Borg and the music score by Reuben Pace into a screenplay.
