Where History Becomes Personal: Marjann Attard in L-Aħħar Bastiment

Mikiel Anton Vassalli College (MAVC) is proud to feature Marjann Attard as the Nurse in L-AĦĦAR BASTIMENT – Stories from the Grand Harbour, a multidisciplinary production that gives voice to the human stories woven into Malta’s maritime history.

Marjann Attard holds a B.A. in Theatre Studies and an M.A. in Theatre and Performance from the University of Malta. A freelance performer and a passionate drama educator at the MAVC, Malta School of Drama and Dance, she brings to the stage a rich blend of academic insight, artistic sensitivity, and practical experience in both performance and teaching.

In L-AĦĦAR BASTIMENT, she helps shape a deeply human narrative – one that speaks of loss, hope, and survival – where history is no longer distant, but personal and profoundly felt. Her performance contributes to the emotional core of the production, transforming historical memory into lived experience on stage.

The performance will take place on Saturday 9th May 2026 at St. Agatha Auditorium, Rabat.
